At Vintage Tonality, we understand that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly and delivered to your doorstep swiftly.

Please allow 1-2 additional days during peak holiday periods. Vintage Tonality will not be held liable for missed arrival times that are beyond its control. For those special and time-sensitive occasions (birthdays/holidays), we recommend ordering sooner rather than later.

Free Shipping
Orders placed on our website will normally ship same business day (Monday thru Friday) and you can generally expect to receive your item(s) within 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping
For an additional $5 we offer 2-3 day express shipping on select items.
The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time. $5 charge is per item. Items in your cart that do not offer express shipping will ship separately and may have a different delivery date. If a federal US holiday falls within the ETA delivery day, please add an extra day to ETA.

Shipping Restrictions
We require a complete and verified street address (residential or business) and valid phone number for all items being shipped. Invalid orders will be cancelled and refunded.

  • US territories and commonwealths
  • Internationally
  • APO / FPO / DPO

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Vintage Tonality will not be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Shipping address deemed not secure or undeliverable by courier is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You must contact the carrier to file a claim. In order to submit a missing, lost or damaged claim please follow the courier link below.*

Returns & Exchanges
Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We will gladly accept exchanges and returns on new and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Clearance items are sold in "as is" condition and are not subject to return.

If your product has been opened and used but has a defect problem, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or return and facilitate a warranty claim when you contact us at .

We recommend not removing the protective seal if there is even a trace of doubt about your buying decision. Items that are returned after opening/unpacking will incur a 20% restocking charge, and the returned item must be in perfect condition. Damaged, wear and tear, slight use, chips, and scratches or missing items will incur an additional fee or will be deemed “unacceptable” and you will be so notified. Re-shipping with adequate protection is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, whether returning or exchanging. If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong brush set, style or size then we will gladly email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us for an exchange or refund. Ordering the wrong item is NOT considered an error on Vintage Tonality's part. Please be sure of your choice(s) when making your purchase.

When Buyer Incurs Shipping Cost
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for item(s) returned due to shipping address deemed not secure for delivery or undeliverable by courier, orders cancelled after being shipped, or "refused delivery" not due to parcel damage caused during transit. A refund will be issued upon request, minus shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. In most cases, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business day, but not to exceed 7 days.
