You should feel 100% confident in every aspect of your purchase. This includes feeling confident with the item(s) you've chosen, feel secure throughout the entire checkout and transaction process, delivery, and aftercare.
Several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due a temporary shortage of available operational staff. Most of our shipments are delivering on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates.
You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of its delivery. For more details, please review our Standard Return and Exchange Policy.
Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday) and you can generally expect to receive your item(s) within 3-7 business days. Please review our Shipping and Handling page for more details.
We cannot edit an order or shipping address after the order is submitted. If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier provided service like USPS Informed Delivery, UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or make delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.
We process orders quickly and most orders ship out same day. You have roughly 30 minutes from order submission to cancel an order. After that time, we cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us and be sure to include your order/transaction number.
We understand that this can be frustrating but we recommend first checking the tracking number with the carrier to see if the package was indeed delivered. If so, then in most cases (95% of the time) the package was either picked up by a household member or friendly neighbor. If your mail is delivered to a shared mailbox area then we recommend looking in the larger package bin or contacting the property manager.
It is the buyers sole responsible for making sure that their items are being delivered to a secure location. We strongly recommend that the buyer make arrangements to be available on the day of delivery. Vintage Tonality will not be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, missing, or damaged during shipping. A shipping address deemed inaccurate, not secure, or undeliverable by courier is the sole responsibility of the buyer. You must contact the carrier to file a claim.
