Photos submitted via www.vintagetonality.com, email, social media, reviews, and other means grant Vintage Tonality, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable license to use the photo as described below.

We may use your photo on Vintage Tonality and its subsidiaries' websites, including product pages, as well as in editorial and advertising content.

2. Vintage Tonality’s social media accounts
We may use your photo on Vintage Tonality’s social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter.

3. Vintage Tonality’s email marketing
We may use your photo in Vintage Tonality’s email marketing compaigns, including our e-newsletter.

4. Campaigns and owned channel usage
If your image is truly unique, we may want to use it in an advertising campaign. This could include utilizing the image in any of the following formats: PR, Press, Direct Mail and Online Advertising.
