How do I join the Affiliate Program?

Just sign up by creating an affiliate account with our partner, e-Junkie. Once your account has been created, click the top tab labeled "Affiliate Admin" in the main dashboard and your ready to starting earning additional income.

How does the Affiliate Program work?

After signing up, you'll have access to text links, banner ads, and other marketing materials you can use to promote Vintage | Tonality. When someone clicks through your link or banner, a cookie is set to remember that you referred that customer. If they purchase within 30 days, you'll earn a commission for that referral. You can track your commissions in your Affiliate Admin Dashboard.

To receive your commission payment, you must provide an email address linked to a verified PayPal account. This can be found by going to your Affiliate Profile and clicking "edit profile."

Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?

No, it is free to join our affiliate program, and there is no minimum sales level or other requirements.

Can I refer myself?

No. If you join our affiliate program and use the affiliate link to buy for your own personal gain, you will not receive a commission and your affiliate priviledges will be revoked.

How do I access banner ads and images?

In your Affiliate Dashboard, you will have full access to our ad and logo repository. We've created a wide variety of ad dimensions for both desktop and mobile devices. To access images, click the "More Information" link in your Affiliate Dashboard.

What happens if a customer returns a product?

Referral fee may be a subject for adjustments for the credit card chargebacks and refunds. When a customer purchases products via your affiliate links, and then later returns the items, your affiliate account will be debited for the amount of the commission we initially paid you on that particular sale.

I'm outside the USA, can I still join your program?

Yes, but it's important to note that we do not ship to the following:
Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO, outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states and/or Internationally.
You will not receive a commission for areas where we do not ship.
