Free Shipping
Orders placed before 2 pm (PST) on our website will normally ship same business day (Monday thru Friday) and you can generally expect to receive your item(s) within 3-7 business days.
Express (Expedited) Shipping
For an additional $10 we offer 2-3 day express shipping on select items.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, the "first day" of shipping is the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For example, if your package ships on Monday, the first day of shipping is Tuesday. If it ships on Friday, the first day is Monday (unless weekend deliveries apply). Please allow an extra day for delivery if a federal U.S. holiday falls during the shipping period. Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following: outside of the US (including US territories and commonwealths) and/or Internationally or APO / FPO / DPO. We require a complete street address (residential or business) and valid phone number for all items being shipped. Invalid orders will be cancelled and refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
*Vintage Tonality will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged after the point of delivery. An address deemed not secure or undeliverable by courier is the responsibility of the buyer.
